**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize flow.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry and processing as required.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and food service throughout the dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 1-3 years of experience in hosting is required with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when taking reservations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist team members in various tasks as needed.
- Experience in hotel settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
