Position Summary:

We strive to provide the best friendly, professional service while meeting excellent standards of food quality. The Host/Hostess and Busser must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Job Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Experienced in the restaurant industry and able to maintain the highest customer service standards.
  • Personable and friendly who make customers feel welcome every time.
  • Excited and bring a positive attitude with them every day.
  • Professional in their appearance and actions.
  • Passionate about food and hospitality.
  • Hard working, fast moving and able to keep pace in a busy work environment.
  • Committed to success of the restaurant, the company and its employees
  • Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
  • Assisting the servers by bussing tables, helping run food to tables, and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous restaurant experience is not required but would be an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an asset
  • Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays availability is important
