Your content will align with lean manufacturing principles and help drive operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for building engaging training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, videos, and other resources, to enhance employee skills and ensure quality across the organization. Additionally, you will manage the full lifecycle of training programs, from initial concept to delivery, and continuously iterate based on feedback.
**Key Responsibilities**:

**Instructional Design & Collaboration**:
- Design assessments, quizzes, and other tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and employee comprehension.
**Program Management & Continuous Improvement**:
- Manage end-to-end development of training programs, from content creation to deployment and review.
- Regularly review and update training content to ensure it stays relevant, current, and effective in supporting Clutch's growth and lean manufacturing processes.
- Incorporate feedback from employees, trainers, and key stakeholders to enhance training programs and maintain high-quality learning experiences.
**Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight**:
- Upload and manage training materials within the LMS to ensure easy access for employees.
- Track learner progress and training outcomes, providing insights into the success of programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to LMS content delivery.

- **Has a passion for instructional design**: You have experience creating engaging training materials and content for different learning modalities, including face-to-face, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
- **Is a strong project manager**: You're able to manage the end-to-end development of training programs, ensuring that deadlines are met, and content is delivered on time.
- **Can work onsite**: While Clutch values flexibility, this role requires a strong onsite presence to support production teams and operations.
