The Ballad team is comprised of business professionals, strengthening the communities in which we live and work. We provide services related to workforce development, business planning, government relations, Indigenous engagement, and community development.

Our workforce development programs have built capacity in diverse areas including entrepreneurship, insurance, construction, hospitality, supply chain management, and more. We have delivered unique training programs for a variety of organizations, Indigenous Communities and on behalf of the Ministry of Jobs Economy and Norther Development, the Ministry of Seniors, Community & Social Services, Ministry of Children’s Services and Employment and Social Development Canada.

**The Opportunity**

The Program Administrator will utilize excellent judgment to develop credible and meaningful relationships with Ballad employees, program participants and other stakeholders, ensuring strictest confidentiality. This individual will work closely with the other program administers and the Program Coordinator. This position reports to the Program Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**

**Program Administration**
- Identify & procure supplies and materials required for program.
- Applications review and processing
- Conduct pre-screen phone interviews with potential participants
- Conduct follow-ups with graduates.
- Prepare reports as required

**Marketing and Communications**
- Ensure brand consistency on all internal training material and presentations.
- Promote program activities internally and externally.
- Provide positive solutions to challenges amongst staff, participants, and partners.

**Support Work**
- Participant intake, registration, and assessment

Other duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned

**Experience**
- The position requires the following skills, experiences and abilities:_
- One or more years of relevant work experience,
- Strong computer skills in google environment and experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience using Mobius is an asset,
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team-oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills
