Rise Promotions is a Promotional Products Marketing Company based in Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking for an Outgoing Career Minded Individual with excellent customer service skills, organization & common office knowledge for day to day operations proficiency

This is an in-office position at our showroom at 4412 - 51ave, Edmonton, Alberta

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Work closely & Support the Account Executives
- Create custom mock ups for prospective clients & current orders
- Design new company logos and artwork
- Create Ads using Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw Software
- Accounting support - including purchase orders, payables, receivables & accurate deposit logging using Quickbooks Software
- Greet & direct walk in clients
- Order coordination
- Organize & keep showroom presentable
- Receive and Ship out orders
- Answer Phones in a Professional Manner
- Address customer concerns or inquires immediately with positive mannerism
- Build & maintain working relationship with current & future customers
- 3 Month Probationary Period.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Completion of Grade 12 Minimum.
- Graphic Arts Certificate, Diploma or Degree
- Previous customer service experience
- Capable to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to React to Day to Day Business
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Software an asset but can be trained
- Excellent Telephone Skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Google Mail
- Strong Organization Skills, Attention to Detail & Reliable
- Strong Skills in Time Management & Communication
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
