Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Downtown Edmonton, AB.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of marketing materials and branded content. Day-to-day tasks include:

Working with graphics, logos, photos and branding materials

Designing polished pitch decks, brochures and sales presentations

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual and video content

Ensuring consistency in brand messaging through design and typography

Contributing creative ideas for campaigns and promotional materials

Professional dress is required.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a graphic designer (Adobe InDesign proficiency required)

Experience with Web SEO, video editing, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

Strong skills in typography, branding, and logo design

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

High creativity and willingness to innovate

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred

Knowledge of real estate marketing is a bonus but not required

Position Details

Location: Downtown Edmonton

Schedule: Monday–Friday,

Salary: $54,000–$60,000
