**Salary**: $1,913.27 - $2,342.49 bi-weekly ($49,936 - $61,138/year)
Alberta Infrastructure designs, builds, manages, and maintains government-owned and operated facilities, and collaborates with other ministries to ensure that schools, hospitals and government facilities infrastructure meet the needs of Alberta’s population. The Ministry also provides accommodation services and manages a large portfolio of owned and leased facilities while maintaining fiscal accountability and optimizing value for Albertans.
**Role Responsibilities**:

The Asset Management Branch is looking for a Branch ARTs Coordinator to manage Action Requests (ARs).
In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of ARs within the Asset Management Branch, ensuring accurate documentation, timely approvals, and clear communication across teams. Your work will support executive-level decision-making ensuring documents are well-written, properly formatted and aligned with government standards, while also contributing to overall operations and collaborative efforts of the branch.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating AR workflows by tracking, assigning and routing requests to the right teams, while monitoring deadlines to ensure timely approvals and submissions.
- Preparing and assembling documentation for ARs; including briefing notes, memos, letters, bios, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Reviewing and editing communications to align with ministerial guidelines, ensuring clarity, professionalism, proper formatting and accuracy.
- Liaising with the Assistant Deputy Minister’s Office (ADMO), executive leadership, and internal teams to gather input and align deliverables with priorities and timelines.
- Designing and maintaining SharePoint sites and document libraries, ensuring content is organized and easily accessible for collaboration across teams.
- Supporting and training administrative staff by developing resources, mentoring colleagues, and leading process improvements to promote consistency and accuracy.
- Maintaining branch records in line with FOIP and GOA retention policies, ensuring storage compliance and effective document retrieval.
- Supports the administrative team during peak periods, working collaboratively to keep things running smoothly while continuing to manage Action Request responsibilities.

- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance workflow.
- Technical proficiency with ARTS, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint to support documentation, communication, and collaboration needs.

Required:
- A high school diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in administrative coordination and document management. Equivalencies may be considered.
