We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer with at least 5 years of conveyancing experience to join our distinguished team, succeeding a dedicated professional who has contributed 45 years to our firm. In this full-time on-site role, you will work closely with a busy real estate partner and a junior conveyancer, handling all aspects of residential real estate transactions. Your expertise in sales, purchases, including mortgages, and refinancing will be essential to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end residential real estate transactions
- Prepare documentation for sales, purchases, and refinancing
- Provide guidance and support to the junior conveyancer
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced workload

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of conveyancing experience
- Expertise in preparing residential sales, purchases, and refinancing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with conveyancing software such as Unity or Clio
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail

Compensation:

- Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience

Start Date:

- Ideally between February 1 to March 1, with a mandatory start before March 15, 2025
