We have an opening for one Residential Real Estate Conveyancer.
- A minimum 2 years of real estate conveyancing experience with an Alberta Law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to independently manage up to 40 transactions per month, including sales, purchases, refinances, and final reporting.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing all necessary documents for real estate transactions, and coordinating with realtors, lenders, clients, and other law firms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, lender portals, and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain productive and efficient in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with real estate contract terms, conducting due diligence searches, cost calculations, and handling closing funds.
