We are seeking a self-motivated individual with 5 - 6 years experience for a conveyancing position. The duties involve preparation and completion of: lot payouts, builder mortgages, purchaser draw and completion mortgages, builders liens and general administrative tasks.

Ø have the ability to anticipate and accept new demands and challenges in a fast-paced diverse environment
