**Reception Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone
- Greeting clients and agents
- Sorting mail from Canada and placing in the agent’s mail slot
- Multi-tasking
- Experience in conveyancing is desirable
- A positive, self-starter attitude with an ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently
- A strong work ethic
- Other duties assigned as entering listings from Skyslope into Lonewolf and scanning
- Cleaning up the kitchen and unloading the dishes and making coffee
**Conveyancing Responsibilities**:
- Reviews all documents submitted by agents for accuracy and completeness
- Confirms that all required / mandatory documentation has been submitted
- Communicates with clients, realtors, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Sends all conveyance instructions to lawyers and other real estate offices
- Tracks all condition removal dates and closings
- Follows up on late payments
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Professional demeanor including an ability to manage all incoming client inquires, work well with colleagues, lawyers, external clients and outside service providers
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be comfortable working in a high volume, customer service, fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of the Canadian Real Estate Transaction requirements & provincial processes an asset
**Compensation Package**:
Compensation for this role is competitive and will consider applicable work experience.
Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Edmonton, AB T6M 0M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
