**Red Hill Toyota is seeking Full-Time Sales & Leasing Specialist**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint
- Consistently follow established sales processes and best practices to drive results
- Uphold full compliance with OMVIC regulations in all daily operations and client interactions
- Proactively pursue and achieve monthly sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement

**Qualifications**:

- A valid OMVIC License
- A valid Driver's License with the ability to operate manual transmission
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is an asset — though we’re happy to train motivated individuals with a strong sales background from other industries
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering results
- Reliability, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Definite bonus if you have a strong background in pre-owned vehicles and/or Toyota product.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
