**Red Hill Toyota is Seeking a Full-Time Delivery Coordinator**

As the dealership Delivery Coordinator & Sales Assistant you will be an integral part of the Sales Team. You will work closely with the Sales Department and our clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Ensure the customer understands all of the vehicles operating features, guides and introduce online resources
- Ensure all sales documentation and related paperwork are prepared and completed before pick up
- Handle Customer queries and concerns as relates to the delivery
- Introduce customer to the service department
- Other tasks requested by management
- Enter client contact information into our database and ensure accuracy of this information.

Qualifications:

- Completion of High School Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Valid Class G License with clean abstract
- ** OMVIC license or obtain within 30 days of hire**
- Strong attention to detail
- Personable and professional demeanor with the desire to exceed expectations.
- Excellent customer service skills, previous customer service experience is a must
- Tidy, business casual attire.
