**About Us**:
We’re a family-based, veteran-owned courier and logistics company serving Vancouver Island. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, fast, and friendly service to both residential and commercial customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **Courier Dispatcher** to join our fast-paced operations team.

**Position Overview**:
The Courier Dispatcher is responsible for managing incoming delivery requests, planning efficient routes, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining smooth day-to-day logistics. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and provide courteous, helpful customer service
- Create, schedule, and dispatch delivery jobs accurately and efficiently
- Monitor daily delivery routes and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with drivers and support their day-to-day needs
- Use critical thinking to resolve scheduling or routing conflicts
- Occasionally assist with small package deliveries as needed
- Maintain a calm and professional attitude in a high-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
- Accept feedback and take direction constructively

- Previous dispatching or courier experience is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license preferred

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
