We are looking for a talented **Driver Supervisor** to join our team in **Nanaimo.**

**Job Title**: Driver Supervisor
**Department**:Operations
**Location**: 2235 McGarrigle Road, Nanaimo

**Reporting to**: Assistant Regional Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Assistant Regional Manager with daily operations within the warehouse
- Supporting in the smooth and efficient load out of the Delivery Associates through process building and training
- Collaborating with the Assistant Regional Manager to set goals and strategies to reduce at-station-time of the Delivery Associates
- Driver Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining and tracking CCL fleet maintenance process within the warehouse
- Other duties include offering and performing on road coaching assessments to support and develop our DA abilities for timely deliveries
- As an experienced DA, the successful incumbent brings a wealth of knowledge to this exciting opportunity to better enable the driver team
