**Job Duties**:

- Oversee the end-to-end administrative processes for courier and freight logistics.
- Manage waybill distribution, record-keeping, and archival for efficient operations.
- Train and guide couriers in adhering to company dispatch and waybill management protocols.
- Ensure the company's courier administrative processes align with both package carriers and governmental regulatory requirements
- Ensure fair and comprehensive calculation of courier delivery costs and fees.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and cost evaluation for courier services.
- Generate regular administrative reports for freight management.
