**About Conexiom**:
**Job Overview**:
As a Marketing Manager - In Person & Online Events at Conexiom, you will play a key role in driving our demand generation strategy by leading and executing a world-class event marketing program. From dynamic in-person events to engaging virtual webinars, you’ll help create meaningful connections with prospects and customers to drive pipeline growth. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a critical integration point between marketing, sales, and customer success, showcasing Conexiom's innovation and leadership in the B2B SaaS space.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**In-Person Events**:
- Develop and execute marketing plans for in-person events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and demand generation goals.
- Research and identify target audiences to design engaging event concepts that drive pipeline growth.
- Oversee all aspects of in-person event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, venue management, and on-site execution, with travel required up to 8 times per year.
**Webinars**:
- Plan and manage virtual webinar programs that support demand generation goals and pipeline growth.
- Manage webinar platforms, including setup, registration, execution, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Drive attendance through multi-channel promotional campaigns
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Partner with content and design teams to create marketing materials throughout the event lifecycle, including event landing pages, invitations, promotional assets, on-site collateral, presentations, and follow-up content.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, event vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution and maximize pipeline growth for both in-person and virtual events.
**Performance Measurement**:
- Track and analyze event and webinar performance metrics, such as attendance, engagement, demo requests and ROI, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop post-in person event and webinar reports with recommendations to optimize future** **initiatives based on data.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in event marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Experience within Manufacturing, Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes, or B2B Ecommerce is a plus
- Proven expertise in planning and executing in-person and virtual events with measurable results.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional project management skills and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating engaging and persuasive content.
- Thrive in a high growth environment with strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
