**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage account information, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to stakeholders.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive informed business decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
