**The Role**

We’re hiring an Inside Sales Rep who can deliver great customer experiences, keep things organized, and help drive our continued growth. You’ll be managing incoming sales, reaching out to potential new customers, and supporting our broader sales efforts — all while building long-term client relationships.

You'll also pitch in with **shipping and receiving** from time to time — we’re a team and we’ve all got each other’s backs.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Following up on leads, cold calling, and using digital marketing tools to connect with prospects
- Recommending solutions based on customer needs
- Creating quotes and processing orders
- Coordinating with our warehouse to make sure orders go out on time
- Supporting our outside sales efforts
- Staying current on our product lineup and new industry trends
- Keeping our CRM system up to date
- Hitting monthly/quarterly goals (we’ll help you get there)
- Lending a hand in the warehouse when needed

**What You Bring**
- 1-3 years in sales or customer service (bonus if it’s B2B or wholesale)
- Any experience in cabinetry, woodworking, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
- Solid with tech: MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRMs (or eager to learn)
- Motivated, organized, and dependable
- Thrive in a team where everyone wears a few hats
- High school diploma required; additional education in business or trades is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
