We are looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for an Inside Sales / Customer Sales Rep at our Abbotsford location. This is a Monday to Friday job with some early morning starts required on occasion. We value attention to detail, reliability, and good communicators.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for working with customers, answering telephone inquiries, general housekeeping in their respective departments, maintaining products and merchandising displays in their department. The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Inside Sales

  • Write up customer special orders in compliance with store policy and procedures.
  • Handling customer complaints in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Identify defective products with a return goods tag.
  • Keep merchandise displays fresh and attractive in appearance.
  • Become familiar with all the products sold in their departments.
  • Attend all training courses as requested by management in relation to store procedures, safety, products, etc.

Qualifications

  • Be fully knowledgeable about company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure that products on sale or promotion are properly identified and tagged.
  • Be friendly, courteous and helpful to all customers and staff.
  • Be prepared to work in other departments as required or requested by Manager.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, trust and respect with front line workers as well as the management team

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday.
