**Wage**:$21.00 to $25.00 per hour dependent upon experience

The full time **Bilingual** **Tolls and Violations Specialist** is responsible for processing and payment of parking, toll and traffic violations. Customer service tasks involve corresponding with customers and preparing packages with details of infractions charges.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Process and pay parking, toll, and traffic violation online through municipal and provincial portals.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records when processing payments and customer refunds.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed responses to customers regarding parking, tolls, or traffic violations incurred during their rental period.
- General office administration tasks such as scanning, printing, document storage, ordering supplies, and inventory management.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals, and coordinate with courier and postal services
- Support the Tolls and Violations team and Supervisor with administrative tasks as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Post secondary business administration, logistics and customer care is an asset
- Previous call center experience is an asset.
- High degree of organizational skill, problem-solving, and prioritizing ability.
- Resourceful in researching information to assist with inquiries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and within a team.
- Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and the ability to learn proprietary software.
