**The Opportunity**:
Do you have supervisory experience leading a successful team of manufacturing operators? We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor, Operations who will be responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating all activities related to the Manufacturing department.
We are a growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.

**In this role you will**:

- Work Monday to Thursday 8:00pm - 4:30am and Sunday 10:00pm - 6:30am
- Manage, direct and coordinate all activities related to the Manufacturing department to maintain quality and maximize productivity while minimizing cost
- Take an active interest in ensuring the proper training and progress of each worker in the departments. Monitor their performance and submit observations and recommendations to the Manufacturing Manager.
- Identify and resolve issues using continuous improvement methodologies
- Ensure that procedures in Manufacturing are being adhered to and that all documentation is being filled out properly
- Adhere and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions

**You have**:

- Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing/production environment (1 year minimum)
- Excellent interpersonal and effective team building skills
- The Ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain strong employee relations
- Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain experience (preferred)
- Effective computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
