Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining equipment efficiency. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Assist in setting up production lines and changeovers between different product runs.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products according to established standards.
• Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
