We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at JK Bakery & Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for quality and service. As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of creating a supportive and nurturing work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, and assembling orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during checkout.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
