**Job Overview**
- Provide quality customer service while working in a busy environment.
- Guide customers through our baked goods, beverage selection, and retail area.
- Able to perform barista duties.
- Good knowledge and salesmanship of culinary products.
- Restock, perform inventory, and maintain the gourmet retail area.
- Cash register and reconciliation.
- Team player able to rotate duties and positions during service.
- Keeping the work environment clean; including cleaning duties and dishes.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders or inquiries.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, following established guidelines.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Skills**
- Valid work permit or Permanent Canadian Residency.
- Great customer service, positive attitude, energetic and friendly.
- Interest in receiving Barista training.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
