We are seeking a HIGHLY SKILLED and passionate COCKTAIL BARTENDER to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our discerning clientele by crafting innovative and delicious cocktails while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision, creativity, and a focus on quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking the bar with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and drink pairings.
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop and implement seasonal and specialty drink menus. Adhere to all safety and health regulations including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- MINIMUM of 4-5 years of experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and current industry trends.
- Strong understanding of various spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beer, as well as their flavor profiles and proper serving techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service Serving It Right required
