**What You'll Do**

We are excited to announce our search for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Field Effect and be the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. As a BDR, you will be seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and partners. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Top performers have the potential for internal career growth in the field of insides sales/account management.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients and partners
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings between prospective clients, partners, and Partner Account Managers
- Reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

**Skills & experience we look for**
- 1-2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
- Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and helping the team meet sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving quotas
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
