Why Fraser Health?:
**Key Areas of Involvement**:

- Provides leadership in managing all aspects of academic planning.
- Collaborates with other committee members to identify educational topics and speakers.
- Establishes priorities, schedules, and timelines.
- Moderates events and facilitates Q&A sessions.
- Develops and prepares proposals for CME accreditation.
- Oversees the evaluation process for continuous quality improvement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and community.
- Significant clinical experience and comfort working with the frail and elderly population.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership experience and experience in planning and implementing system level healthcare initiatives would be considered assets.
- Member of a local Division of Family Practice and part of the Family Practice Services Committee’s Long-Term Care Initiative.
- Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.

**Time Commitment**: Approximately 3.5 hours/month

**Term**: Until March 31, 2026.

**Start Date**: As soon as possible.

**Location**:
Participation in virtual monthly meetings is required (one meeting of up to 2 hours per month, plus attendance at monthly accredited rounds). Most of the key activities can be done remotely.

**Reporting Structure**:
Reports to the Regional Medical Director, Long-Term Care & Assisted Living.

Compensation: Stipend Qualifications/Credentials: CMPA, CPSBC Provisional Locations (Physicians): Corporate Office
