About MedPro Respiratory Care

MedPro Respiratory Care is a trusted provider of CPAP therapy, respiratory equipment, and sleep testing services across British Columbia. We work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality respiratory care.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced **Physician Engagement & Partnerships Manager** to strengthen referral relationships and expand MedPro’s presence across the Lower Mainland.

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with **family physicians, referring clinics, and healthcare facilities**. You will represent MedPro in the community, support referral growth for respiratory and sleep services, and act as a key link between physicians and our clinical teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with **strong CPAP knowledge**, proven healthcare sales experience, and the confidence to operate independently while helping shape growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with referring physicians and clinics
- Promote MedPro’s CPAP, respiratory care, and sleep testing services
- Increase referral awareness and volume across the Lower Mainland
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for physicians and clinic staff
- Identify new partnership and growth opportunities within the community
- Represent MedPro professionally at clinics and healthcare settings
- Track outreach activity and provide insights to leadership

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in **healthcare sales, medical sales, or sales representative roles**:

- **Strong CPAP knowledge and experience** in respiratory or sleep apnea care ideally.
- Understanding of physician referral pathways and community healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
