About MedPro Respiratory Care

MedPro Respiratory Care is a trusted provider of CPAP therapy, respiratory equipment, and sleep testing services across British Columbia. We work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality respiratory care.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Physician Engagement & Partnerships Manager to strengthen referral relationships and expand MedPro's presence across the Lower Mainland.

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with family physicians, referring clinics, and healthcare facilities. You will represent MedPro in the community, support referral growth for respiratory and sleep services, and act as a key link between physicians and our clinical teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong CPAP knowledge, proven healthcare sales experience, and the confidence to operate independently while helping shape growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with referring physicians and clinics
  • Promote MedPro's CPAP, respiratory care, and sleep testing services
  • Increase referral awareness and volume across the Lower Mainland
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for physicians and clinic staff
  • Identify new partnership and growth opportunities within the community
  • Represent MedPro professionally at clinics and healthcare settings
  • Track outreach activity and provide insights to leadership

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, or sales representative roles
  • Strong CPAP knowledge and experience in respiratory or sleep apnea care ideally.
  • Understanding of physician referral pathways and community healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
