We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join The #1 Real Estate Team for Century 21 in Barrie You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage listings & paperwork
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to team of real estate agents
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services and fast paced commission based environment or similar
- College diploma or degree
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge of the real estate industry (programs, documents, transactions, etc) is preferred but not required
Compensation is based on experience and ability to contribute.
This position is an In Person Position Only
- No remote allowed.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
