**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide coverage and support for various administrative roles throughout the clinic.
- Send, track, and follow up on patient referrals.
- Contact patients to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Perform front desk duties, including patient check-in and check-out.
- Manage incoming faxes, lab results, and electronic correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support physicians and clinical staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with scanning, filing, and document management.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative setting preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience with **Telus PS Suite** is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
Work Location: In person
