- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, processing reservations, and handling payments.
- Answer phone calls using multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available for guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance the guest experience.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
