Data / Order Entry Clerk

We currently have an opportunity within our Data / Order Entry Department. The roll is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced organization. The data entry clerk will require to be flexible to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.

**Specific Duties**
- Data Entry Functions
- Answer questions ,communicating with Client based on orders
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation
- Quoting allocation job based on customers request
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods

**Experience**
- Data Entry or client intake experience
- Must have 4+ years experience in data entry

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills
- Courteous, professional, dynamic and well organized
- Keen attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office and Internet navigation skills
- High energy and ability to work within a team environment and individually
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Order Entry: 2 years (preferred)
