**Job Summary/Duties**:
- Answer questions for patients who arrive to 4 th Floor Clinics regarding wayfinding and general questions about clinic processes
- Support for patients to guide them to complete Your Symptoms Matter for all appropriate appointments
- Assist with data collection on clinic arrival time study review
- Shared Directory access and flow updates
- Team Communication and Distribution list creation
- Supporting patient education document inventory management
**REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAM**:
- Availability to work 8-16 weeks of full-time work.
- Must be between the ages of 18-30 at the beginning of the employment period
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the _Immigration and Refugee Protection Act _for the duration of the employment
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.**APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL THE POSTING IS CLOSED.**
