**The Opportunity**

**As Financial Controller, You Will**
- Manage Billing, statements and financial reports
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare payroll and remittance
- Conduct HST reports and Bank Reconciliations
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures
- Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors
- Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data and recommending plans
- Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
- Comply with federal, provincial, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports and advising management
- Ensure operation of equipment by establishing preventive maintenance requirements and service contracts maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
- Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

**What You Bring**
- Must possess a minimum of 3-5 year’s accounting & financial experience
- A bachelor’s degree and CPA designation preferred
- Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of and ability to work with QuickBooks accounting software

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
