Working closely with the General Manager and Head Office Finance team, the Controller will be responsible for managing the Collision Centers accounting function, including:

- Managing and developing the Accounting team
- Review and oversee day to day accounting functions including AP, AR, Balance Sheet, and Income Statements
- Establishing practices and procedures
- Preparation of financial statements
- Provide reports to corporate management

**Requirements**:

- University degree or certificate in business/commerce/accounting or a related field
- 5+ years experience in an accounting role, preferably in an automotive dealership setting
- Technically inclined, with advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Experience with HRIS is considered an asset but not required
- Experience managing/supervising a team
- Collision experience is considered an asset
