**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**:

- Assist in the development of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive research, and business modeling.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for business growth and improvement.
- Help in setting measurable strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze data and trends to make recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of strategic goals.

**Junior Sales Account Management**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of junior sales accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Work closely with senior sales managers to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on account status and sales progress.
- Learn the solution and service portfolio through the eyes of a customer.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
