Kelly Services is hiring an
Inside Sales Representative
on behalf of our client, a packaging manufacturer in Brantford, Ontario. A full-time, permanent role for a driven sales professional ready to build lasting customer relationships and advance their career in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept, acknowledge, process, and invoice customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, delivery, pricing, and order status.
• Communicate with customers in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
• Proactively reach out to potential new customers through outbound calls to introduce products, generate leads, and build relationships.
• Support the Sales Director with account management and sales-related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments — including Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics — to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Organize and track customer shipments based on inventory availability and business priorities.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records.
• Adhere to departmental standards and best practices while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales or sales experience within the manufacturing or packaging industry.
• A high school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is required.
• Confidence and enthusiasm for making outbound sales calls and engaging with new and existing customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-first approach.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and data.
• A strong mathematical aptitude and ability to manage pricing and order details.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
