**Job Title**: Autopart Planner

**Location**: Acton, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage the procurement of automotive parts using portals such as Chrysler, Active Aero, Honda, Toyota, Ryder LMS, and Expediters.
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of CNC's to meet production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to parts procurement and delivery.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Autopart planning and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of Chrysler, Active Aero, Honda, Toyota, Ryder LMS, and Expediters portals.
- Extensive experience in filling CNC's.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
