Office Administrator/bookkeeper

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Record and maintain a business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Supervise office staff and coordinate team activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in an efficient manner.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Experience in bookkeeping and the use of Quickbooks online.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience in vendor management and human resources is a plus.
- Ability to supervise staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Strong budgeting skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
