We are seeking an office administrator who ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and provincial regulations
- Have extensive experience with small business accounting, including credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Accurately enter data into Quickbooks Online software
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues when necessary

Skill Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Minimum 2 years experience as an office administrator, office assistant, customer service or relevant role
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and social-emotional intelligence
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Certification in secretarial, accounting certificate or bookkeeping certification will be an advantage
- Strong customer service skills for both external and internal clients

Work Environment:

- Your own office at our HQ, 17212 107 Ave NW
- Showroom-ready (business casual) attire must be worn
- 9 AM-1 PM Monday to Friday
