**Who You Are**
- Team oriented, helpful, professional, and focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in technical trouble shooting
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently
- Proven experience with SQL

**What You’ll Do**
- First pass on software escalations from internal staff.
- Troubleshooting for root cause issues and collecting supporting details for more thorough investigations utilizing:

- Problem solving skills
- Application knowledge through exposure and training.
- Database query to identify underlying issues with data (supported by supplied scripts and training).
- Building and utilizing a knowledgebase of solution to quickly support customer’s software needs.
- Working with internal staff in Product Development to identify solutions and timelines to fixes.
- Track outstanding issues and coordinate with the Freight Club product team when solutions will be provided
