We are currently seeking a**skilled and reliable Machinist Horizontal Boring Mill Operator**to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate horizontal boring mills to produce custom, high-precision components
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints
- Select proper tooling and machining parameters for a variety of materials
- Ensure parts meet tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of machining experience, preferably with**horizontal boring mills**
- Experience with**large/heavy parts**and**overhead crane operation**is an asset
- Strong understanding of machining practices, setups, and blueprint reading
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
