As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and managing vendor relationships, developing and executing account strategies across multiple brands and product lines as well as providing excellent service to vendor partners and customers. This role is also responsible for analyzing sell through information and making informed suggestions to management in order to maximize revenue, margin and account potential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, manage and drive annual account revenue and strategic plans, as assigned
- Lead relationship management with assigned accounts, establish trusting, “high-touch” relationships
- Operationalize vendor accounts - forecasting, order management, item creation, back-end programs etc.
- Manage weekly, monthly and annual forecasts on assigned accounts
- Review weekly POS reports and make recommendations to management, vendors and customers for growth opportunities
- Keep educated and informed on account conditions, market conditions and competitive landscape
- Develop strategies across retail and online strategies and opportunities to maximize vendor channel reach
- Work closely with vendor partners to ensure exceptional account management
- Oversee and lead all assigned account item set-ups and new assigned account set-ups
- Oversee and lead all vendor and/or customer reporting requirements
- Administrative duties may include running reports, filing and other general office duties.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with national accounts in Canada
- **Experience working with Walmart Canada and Retail Link essential**
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Is detail oriented, highly organized and accurate
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated, high attention to detail

**Work Environment**:
In Office (Trenton), Hybrid or Remote

**Employment Type**:
Full-time

**Salary**:
CAD$70,000.00 - CAD$85,000.00 + Commission incentive

**Location**:
