ZOHO Project manager wanted immediately for a mission critical role in a unique, fast-growing manufacturing operation

The company is moving forward with a major system upgrade that will require external implementation teams.

**The scope of the upgrade will initially prioritize**:
∙Replacement of the current Accounting system with Zoho Books

∙Integration of Zoho Books with Zoho CRM

∙Upgrading and streamlining the Project time reporting system and integrating time reporting with Zoho Books ∙Fully integrating Zoho projects

**Project manager responsibilities**:
∙Track the progress of the implementation team and report to the management team

∙Standard Project reporting is included in Zoho Projects, but some custom reporting and analytics are anticipated

∙The project manager will work closely with the Implementation teams and give them progress reports on their project progress v expected timeline.

∙Be the primary communication between the implementation teams and the Management team regarding all questions and issues that arise. ∙Be responsible for project completion on time and budget

∙Be part of the system testing process to ensure all use-cases are tested thoroughly

∙Coordination with Implementation teams to Management team

∙Align capabilities and systems with the objectives outlined in the DMAP planSuper Admin control of the Zoho One system ∙Development of business Analytics

∙Data evaluation and control/update

∙Data accuracy and completeness evaluation and control/update

∙Assist and coordinate the data-load by the implementation team from existing systems

Collaborate with other technical staff on issues like security and data access permissions

∙ Coordinate and train users for specific implementations and check that the SOP are correct and effectively documented in Zoho Learn

∙ Evaluate, design and test the business critical analytics

∙ Coordinate with the implementation team and manage internal communications to ensure the staff are also informed of impending changes

**Experience and qualifications**:
∙ 3 or more years of hands-on successful project management experience

∙ Recognized qualifications related to project management

∙ Experience and insight relating to time management, systems design, programming, systems implementation testing

∙ Excellent communication skills both aural and written

∙ Extensive experience with Zoho One products

∙ Zoho One training and formal qualifications

∙ Positive and supportive in all interactions with staff and management

**Salary**

Commensurate with qualifications and management skills.

∙ 3 Weeks per annum

∙ 6.5 days

**Location**:
∙ The company is situated in Trenton, Ontario

∙ Local area applicants preferred

∙ Many system operations can be performed remotely, but the hands-on elements with the staff and management requires relationship building in person, particularly during the initial phases of coordination.

∙ Zoom meetings are expected with the implementation teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
