**Change Management Consultant - Virtual Care**

The Change Management Consultant is responsible for the successful deployment, onboarding support, and sustained adoption of virtual care solutions within St. Joseph's Health Care London and London Health Sciences Centre clinical areas. The Change Management Consultant is also responsible for being a champion leader in the mode of virtual care delivery, celebrating, promoting and discovering virtual care excellence within LHSC and St. Joseph's Hospital London. This position will primarily be a remote (work-from-home) position with the need to come onsite as required to support clinical areas.

Status: Temporary Full-Time

Duration: 12 months

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $46.79 - $58.48 per hour

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of Regulated Health Professional degree or as accepted by Hospital
- Current registration with applicable college
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred
- Minimum five (5) years' experience
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills
- Advanced planning and project coordination skills along with a track record of successfully delivering on past projects and transformational initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand the inter-relationship between clinical processes and technology tools
- Strong problem-solving capabilities including the ability to defend recommendations and decisions developed through analysis of business needs, risks and technical requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple and changing demands
- Excellent mediation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate diplomatically with individuals at all levels
- Microsoft Office fluency
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC's Vision, Purpose, and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
