We’re seeking a qualified Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying and connecting with potential business opportunities that align with our products and services. As the first touchpoint with potential clients, the ideal BDR is adept at understanding market trends, identifying strategic prospects, and fostering relationships that pave the way for long-term partnerships.

**You are a great fit if you**:

- Can represent Martello’s products and services in The Americas region, using comprehensive knowledge as well as prospect research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Enjoy generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new leads
- Enjoy managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives in next steps
- Can identify best practices for refining our lead-generation playbook

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Responding to and nurturing inbound leads in The Americas region efficiently
- Identifying the pain points of prospects, and suggesting appropriate products or services
- Building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Setting up meetings or calls between prospects and account executives
- Tracking the current stage of set meetings and creating opportunities with account executives
- Reporting to demand generation manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

**Desired skills and experience include**:

- 1-2 years of related experience in technology or SaaS space
- Experience in Salesforce or Apollo would be considered an asset
- A motivated, result oriented individual who loves being a part of a team and has a “Hunter” style personality
- Open communicator who takes responsibility and isn’t afraid to challenge the status-quo
- Creative, with a problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Has a keen sense of duty towards keeping high data hygiene standards
- Bonus Points if you have experience with Team’s or Telephony
