**About the Job**

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, your role will be the heart and pulse of our operations. You'll provide administrative support to our team and ensure our office operations run smoothly. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties—it's about creating an atmosphere that inspires creativity and productivity, making Vendasta a great place to work.

**The impact you’ll have**
- Administration & Reception_
- Act as the primary reception point, including answering and transferring incoming calls, receiving packages, and welcoming interviewees and visitors.
- Manage office supplies by maintaining inventory, placing and tracking orders, and keeping detailed records.
- Welcome new employees by providing starter kits and coordinating access to facilities.
- Coordinate executive schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Handle and reconcile expenses on company credit and debit cards.
- Oversee employee transit passes, liaising with the City of Saskatoon and the payroll department.
- Event Coordination_
- Lead planning and execution of various company events, both on-site and off-site.
- Manage event logistics, from venue selection and catering to transportation and equipment rental.
- Maintain event budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet event objectives and requirements.
- Provide on-site event support, and conduct post-event evaluations to continuously improve our event strategies.

**What you bring to the table**
- Office administration, reception, or similar customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
