We are currently sourcing Project Coordinators to work on-site at various underground mines across Saskatchewan, with travel to HCC and Client offices as required.

**Project Coordinator**

The Project Coordinator will be required to provide project support to their assigned project(s). This can include, but is not limited to:

- Managing on-site time sheets for employees
- Tracking and reporting project budgets
- Coordinating with the Client to meet all requirements, including but not limited to: reporting, quality, schedule, cost tracking, and worker/equipment documentation
- Estimating potential work
- Completing RFQ's and RFP's
- Working with Supervision to promote and develop HCC's safety culture on and off-site
- Ordering materials required for assigned project(s)
- Assisting Superintendent(s) with managing personnel
- Participating in and representing HCC in Client and internal meetings
- Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Assisting in ensuring that project deliverables are met with quality standards and specifications
- Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating tasks and activities

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary education in Engineering or Technical Diploma or Journeyperson Certificate from a recognized institution is considered an asset
- Minimum of 2-5 years of industry experience, ideally with exposure to underground mining
- A team player willing to participate in company safety and production requirements
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Adept at using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good judgment and ability to make decisions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Must be willing to work on a site-based schedule/rotation that may include days, nights, and weekends
- Previous maintenance planning experience is an asset
